Why is Dev Minimum cheaper than the market?

Because the biggest costs of a software project — labor and per-token AI rental — are near zero for us. Our team is AI agents running on a local AI stack we built ourselves, plus a minimal cost base (one-person company, no office, no middlemen). You pay for the product.

If it's that cheap, who checks quality?

A human. The founder personally supervises every deliverable before handover, and you review working increments along the way. AI goes fast; a person stays accountable.

How long does a website take?

Landing pages usually finish in a few days. Business sites take about 1–2 weeks. E-commerce or custom systems depend on scope — you get a concrete schedule together with the quote.

I'm not sure what I need. Is consulting free?

Yes, and free. Describe the problem you're facing (contact form or page message) and you'll get a suggested approach with expected costs within 24h.

What about changes or maintenance after handover?

Every project includes a free bug-warranty period. For long-term support (updates, backups, monitoring) there's a monthly care plan — discussed at quote time.

Can you integrate with the systems I already use?

Most of the time, yes: e-invoicing, social insurance, payment gateways, shipping, CRM, ERP... We assess feasibility for free before quoting — and if it isn't feasible, we say so plainly.

How is data digitization priced?

By volume and difficulty of the source (pages, spreadsheets/PDFs, whether OCR is needed). Send a data sample and you'll get a quote by quantity tiers — no forced bundles.

How is payment split?

Deposit when scope is locked, remaining payments follow accepted milestones, final settlement at handover. All written into the contract.

Contracts and invoices?

Yes. Projects above a few million VND get a signed contract (e-sign or paper) and proper invoices.
